Yoga for Stress Relief

Work can definitely stress me out. Yoga can stress me out too! Especially if the yoga routine is intense, and out of my fitness level. When it comes to dealing with stress, sometimes I just need to take a minute and breathe, meditate, or do a simple stress-relieving yoga routine like any of these.
